Astrology in English is not making clear vision for Sanskrit word Jyotish. Jyotish is eye of GOD. GOD created to all living and non-living matters. We are the creature of GOD. He guides us to do the right and wrong karma as sounded through the strings of time. To understand time GOD has given certain guide lines to all living human being. We all are human and it’s our responsibility to understand the melody of sound generated by time.
The First and the oldest text available to us are written by Maharshi Prashar in his book Brihat Prashar Hora Shastra. Several authors afterward contributed on the verses given by him. Jaimini seems to be Shishya of Prashara and all literatures written by him is in codified text. It reveals that the text should be read by well learned people of society so may be used in right spirit. Early days Astrologer’s are named as Daivegya (Those who understand the sound of time).
Our science of the modern era is shifting their gear toward the understanding of space and time. It approaches it in different theories like Big bang and string theory. Ved also has its opinion for the space and time chronology. Hindu says for the first incarnation of Narayan from Shunya and their expansion enables to the creation of earth. He created all living and non living matters. Time is divided in for Yuga for living human being and it is one day of Lord Brahma. This is non ending cycle.
If we believe to all the scientific theories of universe in form of scientific analysis then vedic statement is also a scientific view. It links to all relevant phrases given by our modern theories. So vedic is science.
